The scope of the work varies widely but at its root: this is for anyone ready to expand in business and who needs assistance navigating territory they've never charted.

This is especially for the business owner who knows themselves (and the human psyche) well enough to know that expansion often brings fear and with fear.. often also self-sabotage.

Most business owners inherently have a personal attachment to what they've built and attachment creates blind spots (especially in unfamiliar spaces). I'm able to hold grounding, big-picture space and support to keep clients focused throughout their expansion.

Where ongoing consulting clients and I might check in weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly…. this is often daily.

I oversee every part of the business: client work, back end, front end, negotiating deals/contracts, deciding on hires/fires and everything in between.

For content creators and influencers: I often step in more like a talent manager and an organizer.

For small business owners: the day-to-day scope of work will always be vastly different.

But root issue is usually the same: there's a talent, a product or a service that someone is great at, and a business side of running it that they're not.

This often comes after a big expansion, when a client realizes they need more support to actually sustain it. In practice this role mimics more of a COO than a consultant.

10-20% of net annual revenue, depending on the scope of involvement. This service requires a minimum of $500,000 in net annual revenue.
