For others: this becomes our initial consult and your $697 becomes a deposit towards a larger container and an ongoing consulting commitment.

Finding the highest earning potential in a person or a business is one of my strongest gifts. We'll talk about your passions, your ideas, what you love doing (and what you don't) and somewhere in that conversation I start connecting the monetization dots.
It looks different for everyone! Some people are looking to monetize a talent, a service, niche information they know could help the world, a following, even their personality.

Example: One client was charging $750 for a service and doing three to four of those contracts a month when we started working together. Nohing changed in her offering, skillset, resume or talents but by the end of the year she was charging $12,500 for the exact same service, doing the exact same work… just getting paid substantially more for it.Sometimes it's about unearthing revenue you haven't built yet.
Example: Another client was earning most of her income through affiliate sales but had talent and expertise that went far beyond sharing and referring other people's products: so we built her own passive income products that aligned with the content she was already creating.Other times, it's just about taking up more space.

Sometimes it's something simple like the numbers.
Example: One client needed help creating her budget, knowing what she could/couldn’t afford and creating a pricing structure around her value and her expenses. We were able to lay her foundations down in our initial clarity call.Sometimes we need to stoke the vision a bit longer to create clarity.
Example: Another client knew the theme she wanted to tap into for her retreat and knew her gifts and offerings but couldn't translate any of it into an actual itinerary ~ dinners, venues, budget, free time, timelines.She'd been dreaming of planning this retreat for three years. We met bi-weekly for two months, helping her to slowly get clear on the vision, built her to-do lists, took the guesswork out of it and within those two months it was outlined, organized, published and advertised. This isn't always about creating something new. Sometimes it's auditing your website copy, your structure, your current social messaging and reorganizing what's already there into something that works better.

On one side, we work through whatever's blocking you personally ~ the patterns, the fears, the old programming keeping you capped, the pattern you thought you identified and moved through but that found it’s way in another way.
If there's an energetic block in the business owner ~ it's usually mirrored somewhere physical too.
On the other side, I go into the business itself: the procedures, the team, the systems. Sometimes that means spending a few days inside your business shadowing your employees and your processes directly. An energetic block rarely lives in just one place.

$17,500 + travel costs for anything outside the greater New York City area or requiring an overnight stay.
Typically ranging from three to twelve months, ongoing consulting offers long-term support for the direction of your vision and your growth. The scope of the work varies widely but at its root: this is for anyone ready to expand in business and who needs assistance navigating territory they've never charted.
This is especially for the business owner who knows themselves (and the human psyche) well enough to know that expansion often brings fear and with fear.. often also self-sabotage.
Most business owners inherently have a personal attachment to what they've built and attachment creates blind spots (especially in unfamiliar spaces). I'm able to hold grounding, big-picture space and support to keep clients focused throughout their expansion.

Where ongoing consulting clients and I might check in weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly…. this is often daily.
I oversee every part of the business: client work, back end, front end, negotiating deals/contracts, deciding on hires/fires and everything in between.
For content creators and influencers: I often step in more like a talent manager and an organizer.
For small business owners: the day-to-day scope of work will always be vastly different.
But root issue is usually the same: there's a talent, a product or a service that someone is great at, and a business side of running it that they're not.
This often comes after a big expansion, when a client realizes they need more support to actually sustain it. In practice this role mimics more of a COO than a consultant.
10-20% of net annual revenue, depending on the scope of involvement. This service requires a minimum of $500,000 in net annual revenue.
